We are currently in a season of transformation. We’re building a stronger brand, refining our direct-to-consumer (DTC) engine, and working to grow our presence in the outdoor and performance space. We’re seeking someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to stretch a budget, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to build systems that scale.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As the DTC Growth Manager at Point6, you will lead and build our direct-to-consumer marketing engine. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow customer lifetime value. This role requires a balance of creative brand thinking and performance analysis, along with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-moving environment.
You will work closely with ecommerce and operations leads to build a more consistent, profitable, and scalable growth strategy across channels.
This is a hands-on role — ideal for a candidate who wants to build, not inherit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and lead the overall DTC marketing strategy with a focus on profitable revenue growth
- Own the Klaviyo email program end to end — flows, segmentation, campaigns, testing, and revenue performance
- Produce original brand creative — photography direction, short-form video, written content — that reflects the product and earns the price it deserves
- Manage digital performance channels including paid social, paid search, email, and affiliate
- Develop and execute an annual marketing calendar aligned with promotions, inventory, product releases, and sales goals
- Weekly reporting on metrics
- Build Point6's storytelling platform across email, social media, and product marketing
- Plan and execute influencer marketing and ambassador programs aligned with brand and sales goals
- Use NetSuite and Google Analytics to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions
- Work cross-functionally with customer service, operations, and sales to align messaging, timing, and strategy
Requirements
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in DTC marketing, ideally within apparel, outdoor, or performance brands
- Consistent output for creative assets across sales channels, social, Klaviyo
- Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta/Google Ads platforms
- Understanding and reporting customer acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS) and how to optimize them
- Experience building and executing strategic promotion calendars and pricing strategies
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for brand voice and storytelling
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP tools
- Experience with influencer programs or ambassador management / UGC
- Demonstrated ability to produce original creative assets without outsourcing
- Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite proficiency for light design or content development
