POSITION PURPOSE:
Ntirety is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our global corporate and channel marketing function. The Director of Marketing will provide the strategic and tactical marketing execution and leadership necessary to continue to establish Ntirety as a market leader in compliant and secure managed cloud services through the indirect channel. The Director of Marketing will own and drive Ntirety’s Go-To-Market and B2B marketing strategy while leading, developing, and scaling all demand generation, channel marketing, value proposition articulation, outbound strategy, and branding initiatives. The role will work very closely with Executive Leadership to execute on the strategy and leverage the existing brand momentum. It is a requirement for the candidate to collaborate closely with the CEO, CRO, Senior Leadership Team, and Sales Management to support the company’s business objectives of dominating the cybersecurity space through the indirect channel. The Director of Marketing will be focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through a strong focus on channel marketing, leveraging thought leadership content through all channels, management of all online and offline marketing programs, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, and analytics. We are looking for a highly motivated marketing professional who is a self-starter and has proven experience in planning and executing successful lead generation marketing campaigns in the cybersecurity space targeting mid-market to enterprise customers working through indirect Channel Partners. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for structuring, recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high performing Marketing team focused on channel motions, while driving growth through proven, and scalable practices.

While we have a flexible work environment, this position is desired to be onsite a minimum 4 days a week to drive collaboration across organizations.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collaborate closely with CEO, CRO and entire Executive team to drive company messaging, thought leadership, and marketing programs.
· Manage the team’s day to day activities, to ensure activities align to corporate objectives.
· Oversee the planning and execution of fully integrated channel marketing and demand generation marketing campaigns with the goal of driving attributable leads and revenue.
· Strategically develop and execute B2B marketing plans that incorporate thought leadership, and include email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates with the ultimate goal of driving net new leads and revenue through channel partnerships.
· Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
· Create and implement a comprehensive performance-based lead and demand generation strategy that utilizes content, digital and sales programs through email copy, social media, in-person events, webinars, digital print, and partner-driven outreach campaigns.
· Own all aspects of event funding, planning, execution, and ROI tracking.
· Create a metrics driven organization that achieves marketing excellence; implement a mechanism to track ROI and establish measurable KPIs and milestones to continually evaluate performance against standards.
· Be approachable, and open to input/direction and provide hands-on execution and leadership across marketing initiatives and other business initiatives across the company.
· Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) Marketing strategy from strategic planning to execution and sustaining automation.
· Ensure marketing spend is aligned to ideal customer and partner profiles, as well as applicable buyer personas through the buyer’s journey.
· Ensure all sales content remains up to date and on-brand with messaging.
· Incorporate the value propositions into key customer and channel partner touchpoints and collaborate with all aspects of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) in creative design, events, social, digital, communications, and content to integrate and amplify marketing efforts.
· Cultivate a high-performance team and environment by hiring A+ marketing talent.
· Create, develop, and implement policies, processes, systems, and procedures for the effective operation of the marketing department.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or equivalent field.
· 10+ years of in-depth experience in marketing/demand generation marketing in Cybersecurity, Cloud, SaaS, or related high-tech industry; a minimum of 5+ years of experience directly managing B2B Marketing teams, and programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
· 5 years of experience (Client or Agency side) creating content in the B2B tech space. Preferably in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud.
· Previous experience leading a multi-faceted marketing team of employees and/or creative contractors.
· Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
· Ability to take direction and deliver on agreed upon strategy within budget.
· Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative environment with proven ability to adapt.
· Confident presence with the ability to partner with executives across the business to drive critical initiatives with a level-headed and persistent demeanor.
· Portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in creating website messaging, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and other marketing collateral like, campaign messaging, emails, social media, etc.
· Experience co-marketing with channel partners, and marketing to c-suite audiences (i.e., CEO, CTO, CIO, etc.) as well as more technical audiences (i.e., Developer, Architect).
· Experience directing and coordinating campaigns via marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, and Salesforce.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel demand generation campaigns from lead generation to overall revenues that result in meeting strategic business objectives.
· Product marketing experience required.
· Exceptional analytical skill.
· Strong experience in conveying strategic recommendations, communicating forthcoming campaigns and results to sales and executive teams.
· Solid understanding of the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment including technology adoption, infrastructure drivers, decision makers, and pain points.
· Superior written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
· Strong track record of consistent career progression and increased responsibilities.
· Must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional organization and coordinate people and resources from multiple areas of the company effectively.
